Edom Water Supply Corporation offers several convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Bills should be received in the mail around the first week of each month. Bills are always due on the 15th of each month. ***If the 15th falls on the weekend or a holiday you will have until the following business day to pay your bill without penalty. If the bill is paid after the due date you will be charged a late fee. ($10.00 or 10% of the bill whichever is higher)
**You can now pay your bill ONLINE or by PHONE. A 4% fee is charged to use these services. More information below.
Security & Privacy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.
Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the transaction
Online or Automated Phone Bill Pay
In our efforts to better serve you, we now offer online bill pay that accepts all major credit and debit cards - Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Payment can be made using a credit or debit card online or by calling toll free 1 (888) 979-3829, for a 4% fee. To pay your bill online you will need to know your account number and the current amount due. For more information, click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button, located above or at the bottom of this page.
**EDOM WSC OFFICE WILL NOT MAKE ONLINE PAYMENTS OR TAKE PAYMENTS OVER THE PHONE FOR YOU. The office will still only take CASH, CHECK OR MONEY ORDER PAYMENTS.**
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. **Bills postmarked after the 15th will be considered late.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders ONLY. The office will not pay your bill online or by phone for you. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. We also have a convenient drop box, next to the office entrance, that you may drop your payment in at any time.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.

Doxo.com is an online bill pay service that allows people to pay their water bills via the doxo.comwebsite. However, doxo.com may charge additional fees. Problems could arise if you pay close to your bill’s due date resulting in a late payment or even disconnection due to non-payment.
