Edom WSC is now offering a new online payment system for our customers
With this new service, customers will be able to create their account to:

- Make a payment
- Convenience Fees do apply

You DO NOT have to pay your bill through your online profile - you can simply view your account balance and sign up for the email and/or text notification.

Edom Water Supply Corporation offers several convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Edom WSC bills are mailed to customers on the last business day of each month and should arrive in the mail around the first week of the following month. If you have not received your bill by the 6th of the following month, please contact the office at edomwater@embarqmail.com or by phone to request your balance or a reprinted statement.
Bills are always due on the 15th of each month. ***If the 15th falls on the weekend or a holiday you will have until the following business day to pay your bill without penalty. If the bill is paid after the due date you will be charged a late fee. ($10.00 or 10% of the bill whichever is higher)

Online E-Check Bill Pay
Edom WSC Customers now have the option to pay with an E-Check. Please note a $1.25 convenience fee applies when using this service. The convenience fee is charged by Heartland Payment Systems for making payments with this service and is not collected by Edom WSC.

On the payment portal page, you will need to register or log in to your online portal. From their you can access your account balance and proceed with payment. Customers registering for the first time will need your account number and the zip code from your bill.
Select "Pay with E-Check" to pay your bill using a checking account. Follow the remaining steps to complete your payment.
PLEASE RETAIN YOUR TRANSACTION ID ONCE PAYMENT IS COMPLETE. If you did not receive a Transaction ID, it is possible your payment did not process. Please check your bank account records to ensure payment was made.

Customers paying Online or Automated Phone

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.
Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the payment form (credit card, debit card, checking account) used at the time of the transaction.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please remember to include your bill payment stub. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. **Bills postmarked after the 15th will be considered late.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders ONLY at the office. The office will not pay your bill online or by phone for you. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. We also have a convenient drop box, next to the office entrance, that you may drop your payment in at any time.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.

Doxo.com is an online bill pay service that allows people to pay their water bills via the doxo.comwebsite. However, doxo.com may charge additional fees. Problems could arise if you pay close to your bill’s due date resulting in a late payment or even disconnection due to non-payment.
